Dubai View mapTharawat Family Business Forum, in collaboration with LGT (Middle East) Ltd., is delighted to host an exclusive in-person launch of its upcoming report exploring the perspectives, ambitions, and evolving contributions of the next generation of family enterprise members across the MENA region.
The report examines how NextGen members navigate tradition and change, loyalty and independence, and family expectations and personal ambitions, while exploring new approaches to succession planning and the future of family enterprises.
The event will introduce key report insights through a panel discussion featuring NextGen leaders from regional family enterprises who contributed to the report. Drawing on their personal experiences and challenges, the discussion will explore successful next-generation contribution, succession frameworks, and intergenerational collaboration. A second panel discussion with family enterprise leaders will explore how to build the infrastructure for a positive succession culture, highlighting the frameworks, practices, and intergenerational dynamics that support successful transitions.
The session will conclude with an open exchange, inviting participants to reflect on their own journeys and consider how the next generation can shape the future of their family enterprises while preserving their long-term legacy.
